By looking at the picture, some people may say this is a home fed bird being kept in the cage. In fact, it is a duck. But its not just a duck. Its a story....
Here the story goes..................
A few weeks ago, my sister in law came back home with a big box filled with about 100 eggs. For your information my family love to eat eggs ( especially Poung Tea Koun). Since there were too many eggs brought home, we didn't manage to eat them all at once. So its like we ate 20 to 30 of them a day mostly at weekends...The remaining would be kept to be cooked the next time. Unexpectedly, last saturday morening, when my mum got up, she saw a BABY DUCK just hatching...So there you go, we have a duck. What a timing!!! Its never too late for a duck to hatch just before it is cooked!!!
Since then, the baby duck has been raised and well taken care of everyday. Everyone loves it ( I should address the duck as she or he, but since m not sure about its sex..so...). My mum says the duck is very lucky and it means that it is meant to be with us.....

hey, so now you have pet in home too huh. Mostly i see people would get dog or another lovely kinds of bird, but never see Duck unless you're in countryside :P haha.. Here in Japan, people love DOG and so do I :)

Hah hah...! Good Lord!!!! Rosy got an adorable baby duck as a pet!!! What a lucky duck on earth! she could make it out of the egg right before being cooked =S Now, that you make Barbie jealous! It reminds me of the lil chick in pink and green Pa Pa bought for me when I was younger, only to know in the end that they had to leave me in 5 days =( but hey, you put the baby duck in a cage, Rosy? She looks somewhat skinny, anyway. How old is she now? Hmmmm.... 5 days old?

to turtle: have your baby turtle ever hatched like thy's duck? never mind... you never see your turtle baby's face. you're a bad parent, don't lay your eggs. how irresponsible.

Hatched? Oh man, believe it or not? This turtle lives thousands years so no need for any production :P haha am i being foolish with you again this time? Damn you! wow such a relief to say hahaha :P

Hour: Well, instead of being our food she has become a pet now...Talking about dogs or puppies, i do love them and i used to have them as my pet. I still remember i cried very hard when Ah Leak, thats what she was called, died at the age of 9.
Ven: If you like, you can actually interpret the story into anything..looking from an angle, eating the life of others' should not be admired..Lolz...Is that what you want me to interpret??
Barbie: Yeah, she was about 4 or 5 days old when i shot this picture..
She is getting bigger and bigger each day..maybe i will post her pics again the the next two weeks or so...so that you will see how much she has grown (:

hey, Barbie. Thanks for your compliment on our nicknames. we come up with different nicknames based on our apppearence )khmao(, behavior )turtle, rosy(, and many more. It first hurts each of us, i guess cos it's kinda of repeated teasing, but later on, it becomes our uniqueness. I bet you would have one too if you hung out with us often; then you would experience the feeling of being nicknamed.
to thy: man...lolz that stupid smiley face is the cause of my hatred to that gay turtle, thy. I think you feel the same way... Anyway, i saw one of his best photo shot with the bike. he looked better, but that won't change him so much cos i know he will be back to himself.
