Some Pictures During my Mission to Provinces

Koh Kong Bridge. The first time i got to cross
this longest bridge in the country. The funny
thing about crossing this bridge is that the
travellers are charged based on the the number
of wheels of the their vehicles. Since we only had
four wheels, so they charged us 4400 riels.

New Bridge is under construction by Chinese
construction company, Mondulkiri.

My transportation, Toyota Hilux 1994, to Mondulkiri.
Still remember how scary it was sitting in the passenger
seat when the driver told us he could hardly see the
road due to the heavy fox.

Wild deer captured and being taimed by villagers,
Kratie.

Beng Kan Seng, Ratanakiri, where we spent our
night in the near by hotel.

Feeling Tired

I don't know why lately i have been feeling so tired at work, physically and emotionally. I mean i hate the fact that i have to work and push some people here in order to get my needed documents. They are the most irresponsible people in the whole world. I guess they never read their email even almost always i must send them a reminder text message from my phone to remind them to open their email right after i have sent them an email. I guess still they never do until i give them another follow up call. At times i really want to give thinking that me alone can't change the world. Everytime they come up with accuses complaining they have loads and loads to do and asking to delay the deadline to the next and the next......

One more thing that upsets me and has been making me tired is the team spirit here. They really need to work on that. I mean even in a team they are seperated into many sub groups seeking for diffrent interests. This is not going to work well in a long run. Personally, i belong in a group which is the most hated one i guess- Finance Team. This all has to do with money. They never want to spare a cent if they can claim for more. I mean they don't realize how hard it could be for finance team when being questioned about inappropriate expenses when it comes to auditing.

Sorry guys, this is another headache to share.....hope you dont mind reading...
